INSRC ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website (insrc.co), how we use it, and what choices you have.
We keep things simple: we only collect what we need to respond to you and improve the service. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.

- Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any details you choose to share about your project or current setup. When you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you send.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. This is used for site security and aggregate analytics.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up on what you asked about
- Provide quotes, demos, and information about our services
- Send occasional updates about INSRC if you've expressed interest (you can opt out at any time)
- Improve our website and services based on aggregate usage data
- Maintain the security and reliability of our site
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the site and communicate with you. This includes our hosting provider (Cloudflare), email provider (Google Workspace), and form processing service (Web3Forms). These providers process data only on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
- Legal authorities if we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of others.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies. We may use essential cookies required for the site to function (such as security checks via Cloudflare). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as is reasonable to maintain our business relationship with you, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of any marketing communications
- Withdraw consent for any data processing we do based on consent

INSRC is a business-to-business service and is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated more prominently.
